The historical royal crown, to which this coin is dedicated, was made in honor of St. Wenceslas. He was the first patron saint of Bohemia. Like the crown from the 14th century, the coin also impresses with unique craftsmanship.

Wenceslas Crown is the fourth coin in the popular series "Crowns of the Habsburgs". It shows the fantastic golden jewel as it is kept today in St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague. The engraver Herbert Wähner depicts it on a cloth decorated with the coat of arms of the Bohemian lion.
